права и обязанности (см. комментарий) (зд. имеются в виду обязанности администрации - ср. obligations and rights of employees)-----КОММЕНТАРИЙ: Хотя, как правило, немотивированное изменение порядка следования однородных членов предложения в тексте перевода не поощряется, данное словосочетание лучше, конечно, переводить именно в таком порядке - права и обязанности, - а не наоборот, поскольку именно в таком порядке оно утвердилось в виде клише в отечественных правовых и нормативных документах. «Строгий» порядок слов (обязанности и права) по-русски звучит натужно, неестественно. [Как здесь не вспомнить блистательный пример С.Я. 1.
